Couldn't be more grateful. They live up to their name. Excellent work and service every time. Been trusting them with my car for 6-7 years no complaints.

I have a 2011 Ford Expedition with 84,000 miles which has been aging well because we take care of our vehicles! Recently I noticed the exhaust system noisy, also the front struts seem to be failing as well. They listened to my concerns and performed a comprehensive inspection with pictures. They were pleasant, courteous and professional! Their quote was not a surprise, but as a senior I need to stretch my dollars so I will get two more quotes. If I do not choose Honest 1 to perform the above services, I will definitely use them for routine maintenance.

Got an oil change, brakes and rotors done back about few months ago. Didn’t have time to do it myself. Brake were done fine, but they torqued the crap out the oil plug with a gun I assume. Won’t be going back.

I had a flat tire a few days ago in Anoka. Called the first two businesses to see if they could patch my tire and they were both booked until the next day. Called Honest-1 Auto Care and they said to bring it in right away. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. They were very professional and it was less than I thought I would pay. I just needed a couple bolts to screw the undercarriage back up and ofcourse no charge. This is the second time it's happend where they didn't charge me anything..another time I needed a brake light changed. Small work but big gesture for me!! I appreciate you guys honestly!!
