Everyone was really polite and professional. I appreciated that I was able to drop my van off without an appointment and was asked how soon I needed it back. My only complaint (minor) was that I would be told our van would be ready in a couple of hours. I assumed that I would receive a call when it was ready. After four hours without a call, I went to pick it up and it was ready. I will clarify next time. I have had experiences with other mechanics where "a couple of hours" could mean two to eight so a call would have been helpful.

Just had headlight replaced in one car, and blinker in a different car. I asked for them to replace both headlights in the one car, but when I picked it up, I asked and they only did one. It wasn't a big deal, and he apologized and offered to do it, but, I didn't want to wait..., so didn't do it.

The guys were super nice, and offered help beyond what I originally came in for. Thanks!
