It was nice talking to them on the phone about my car issues. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I liked getting a report about what they found after I brought my car in. The waiting area is clean and welcoming. They also have a bathroom available. They charged for testing, but that's understandable. Not knowing much about cars, it was nice of them to not push me into doing anything I wasn't sure about.

Appreciate the customer service even after a bad encounter.

Although my latest visit was just for an oil change, the speed, courtesy, and "informativeness" of their staff is always good.

Wow! really great Service I received from Honest-1. The breaks on our delivery Van were so bad that we needed to replace the rotors also because my driver didn't tell me that the breaks were going bad! I called them one day and brought it in the next day and they told me they can fix them and get me back on the road by that afternoon. Thanks so much honest-1 for the great service. We will definitely be calling on you guys again.

Good customer service. On time service. I was informed it will take 45 minutes for my vehicle oil change. It took less than 45 minutes. Clean waiting area.
