The staff was great and so helpful. They explained everything to me and gave me a priority list of what was important to fix and what was not. They never made me feel pressured to to get something done I couldn't afford, just informed me. They were a little more spends than other places, but the service and respect I received were well worth it.

Started doing business with H1AC by buying a coupon card from a door to door salesman. Been a great experience. Brad, Steve and many of the guys have been at the shop since I began bringing my cars in. They are always straight - sometimes giving too much it seems...but now-a-days, one has to be discerning and patient to earn business. Loyalty doesn't come cheap. They run what appears to be a solid business, and are worth the time it takes to prove it. A true full-service shop.

I can't think of enough good things to say about Honest 1. Their service was polite, prompt and their rates are very competitive even in today's sluggish economy. My car was dropped off at 7:45 AM with a thrown serpentine belt. Within an hour and a half they had diagnosed the problem (a seized tension pulley) and ordered the replacement part. Even though there were many other vehicles being worked on they had it repaired by 2:30 the same day, and even sent a driver to pick me up and bring me to collect my car. They maintained contact with me throughout the entire process and did not take any actions without my approval. All this on the day before Thanksgiving, when most repair shops are buried under huge workloads and scheduling is usually measured in days, if not weeks. I will recommend Honest 1 to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced from now on. As a student at Anoka Technical College it's fantastic to find a business this efficient, affordable and pleasant to work with on a tight budget.
