the only thing I might have a problem with is the reluctance to say exactly what something is going to cost to fix. but otherwise everything is good.

I would of liked an itemized statement of future service needs with approximate cost for budgeting reasons and for tracking maintenance.

I liked that they keep me in the loop on the progress of my vehicle and showed me the used part after it was removed.
